On a 9/11 remembrance ride, the American Legion Riders traveled from Stevens County to Pend Oreille County to honor the victims of the September 11 terrorist attacks and their ongoing legacy. Accompanied by local emergency services and Pend Oreille County Sheriff, the procession passed through Tiger, Ione, Metaline and Metaline Falls as residents lined the highway with American flags.
